I hear a lot of people put down pr0 backlinks yet when I check my competition backlinks, they have links from tons of pr0 sites. It seems that a pr0 site can help establish your keyword ranking in serps if you use the right anchor text in your link. For example, if my anchor text is Asian Dating and I use those keywords in my backlink, even in tons of pr0 sites, it still helps establish my keyword ranking in google search.

Is this how others see it?

I think there's still some value in high PR sites, especially if you are having problems getting fully indexed, but I very rarely reject a link opportunity because the page has low PR.

If you create back link for your website with PR0 pages then it help more for your keywords ranking if and only if you create more relevant link for your website.

The value of Pr for website pages are not eatable but if link are stable at pr 0 page then ranking going well.

That PR0 site also beneficial for you But also depend that those site are relevant to your service.But If you want instant result then you need to post in High pr relevant sites.

Important are backlinks, if you have 10 PR 1 links they are better than 10 PR 0 links but if you have 500 PR 0 links they are better than 50 PR 1 links. As PR 0 links may increase in PR in future and you will get link from 500 different sites.
