Hello all,

question,

i created a ror.xml feed and added it to the Meta tags to call it up..... i also use the phosphormedia "Moogle" program to create a sitemap.xml...

Question is, will both in root conflict with each other...

Or is the ror.xml mostly for the other engines and the sitemap.xml more for targeted to google.

also im looking at the rss feeds....are these important to put oin site also?

Having such a hard time getting into google properly..... For some reason they are indexing a set up links that are over 6 months old...i have no idea why they are keeping them as that original /go/format has been gone for months now..

Hi Dan,

It won't be a problem to have two sitemap files, though I have a feeling it would be a good idea to synchronise them though if you can.

RSS feeds are a great way to add fresh content to your site, and setting one up is pretty easy.

http://www.syndic8.com/ is a pretty good resource for finding a feed on a particular subject, and there's also advice on how to include it into your site.

While you're there, you should register your own feed with them. If in a similar position to yourself uses it, it'll bring some nice backlinks for you!

Cheers,
Paz.
