I need some advice...

I have a site

xhttp://www.top-gambler.com

it has tons of links, lots of content but does not appear to have what it takes to rank in Yahoo.

It has more links and content than sites on page 1 for competitive terms like online casinos.

Can anyone see a problem with the site or tell me what Im doing wrong.

thx

Hi Merlin,

Welcome to the forum!

It's a nice looking site, with some strong seo in terms of backlinks and content. There seem to be a few too many 404 pages in Google's index. Have you had a major re-vamp recently, and if so when? Yahoo's been very slow to

You have tons of relevant backlinks, and you even have an entry in Wikipedia, but you don't seem to have too many deep links though, or am I wrong?

Yahoo's a tricky one for affiliate sites though. I've often heard that it's difficult to get affiliate site ranking in Yahoo, but I've never worked with one myself. They don't seem to be fooled by redirect links either. Also Yahoo's not too fussy about relevant backlinks, and I can see you've been careful to keep yours very tight; for Google of course. I'm wondering if people ranking well in Yahoo aren't so careful with their backlink campaigns and perhaps have a site for Google and another site for Yahoo.

We have a few gambling site owners here. I'm sure they'll have a few words for you, and I'd especially like to hear their thoughts on Yahoo and affiliate content.

Cheers,
Paz.

I also check my site, in early time, its PR was 4 but after 2 month of SEO , its PR decrease to zero.
