Change setting in google sitemaps

I just saw they put up some preferred method of what they should point too.

So, seeing as im trying to get the www part referenced bettter, i assume that i should change the preference to point to the www form of t he url.

is this correct?

Yes, I'd definitely go with the "www" version of the site because those are most likely to be the form used by people who link to you naturally.

Whatever you do, don't change it. It's really important!

Oh no..then..i assumed since we wanted everything to point to www i changed it to just that, as google was seeign the non www part........ so per the instructions, i got rid of the non www part and switched it over to read that exclusively.........

2 days later is when google was picking me up better, so i hope that was the right move.....

Let's be clear that we want to point Google exclusively to:
www.girlfriendslingerie.com
