Personally I support Aaron Wall's Keyword tool (http://tools.seobook.com/general/keyword/) mainly because it gives a broader base of information and include Google in the results. I am not a great supporter of paying money for online tools that are freely available.

I use the DP suggestion tool, plus Aaron's one. I also look at what other sites seem to be targetinh, sometimes I find one or two decent keywords :)
Another vote for Aaron's tool fro me. Also if you have a copy of Web CEO you can analyse your own site and the competitions' for keywords and get suggestions via Wordtracker (I think).
Cheers,
Paz.

The problem i have it that you can check the overture tool and get some good data, but we dont know what % as a whole the overture data is.

My fav right now is Web CEO's keyword tool. It gives suggestions, shows you daily world searches for each keyword. Plus it gives you info on up to the top 10 sites ranking for each keyword, such as their PR, alexa traffic, number of backlinks. Also gives you the bidding prices for the keyword. I've double checked this info manualy and its all correct.
Also like Overture's and Ina Brains's keyword tools. :shhh:

I only use overture for a figure to compare different keys... the google adsence suggestion tool is good to get what google has for data, but no numbers attached... so a combination of those two make it a good idea. The problem with overture is combining plural, singular, and sorting the keywords... like "card download game poker".... right, i always search for "eyes hurt sun"... just a matter of using your brain a bit.
Lately I noticed changes on overture. They are splitting more singular and plurals than before and other stuff... well for my french stuff anyway... been updating my excel sheets for some sites for 3 days now and it's quite different than what I got before.
Ain't paying for that for sure... after you used the overture + google suggestions, with a log analyser, when you see many hits on page 4 of google kind of tells you to optimise that page for that phrase...
If I have a bit of time I'll look at the tools you guys mentionned.

Humm... I don't quite understand... I search a word, it gives all kinds of links to pages that have things, but I don't dig how this helps... or maybe my word was too funky... lol
I've just checked and it's broken... must be the turkish hacker... LOL

KeywordSpy can really spy on the competition up and give you the keywords that make the most money for them. KeywordSpy will save you much money because you do not have to spend money to experiment with keywords until you find the best ones to use for your website or campaign.

Wordtracker keyword and Spy are the best instruments that are used by most people now a days. With this tool you can find the target audience, and the number of times a keyword has been entered.
