I have neglected my company blog for quite a while and have set my self a challenge to completely turn it around in the next 4 weeks, heres a few ideas I thought i would share so that you could do the same


Post more content
Post content that you would like to read, not just anything
Be more active in the community of your industry
Encourage people to subscribe to your feed and leave comments

Yeah, those are the standard ways to get a blog going again :) Another thing you could try is maybe create a bit of controversy as linkbait ;)

Well I had over 500 pageviews yesterday which is a big improvement from the times when there was no blogging

and 2 emails about possible SEO work which i recommended elsewhere
