I have no idea how popular SA domains are but I'm guessing thats a pretty good one

To be honest theres not much I can say about the site SEO wise as it seems you are just trying to monetise scraping content from other sites?

I like it. Using a tag cloud instead of the boring old directory format, very nice. From an SEO point of view it allows the links to not be too deep as is the problem with many directories. Plus you can easily see how many links are in one category. I couldn't see if you allow people to submit links. But I would suggest sprucing up the design to avoid it looking like a scraper site.

For this site I am adding links manually so that everything stays nice and clean.

I realize that there are some problems with the rss feed, but those should be sorted out some time soon ;)

I am considering allowing visitors to suggest sites in the future, but for now it's just me adding links.

Register your site with Feedburner.com and they'll produce a range of standard feeds for you. There are lots of other advantages too... have a look.
