I am not sure if anyone has read about Amazon cancelling their contract with Google.

Amazon have decided to rather use the Microsoft Windows Live search technology to Power Alexa and A9.

I first saw the results on Sunday evening, where the results were no longer powered by Google.

I also noticed that Google’s AdWords are not being served on the A9 platform. What does this mean !!!!

If Microsoft is powering Amazon’s search engine results now with Live Windows Search, what is going to be shown in replacement of Google AdWords on the Amazon.com network?

It may be a coincidence that Microsoft are planning to expand their MSN AD CENTRE next month

I think we should closely monitor the MSN space.

while it is interesting, Id rather concentrate on Google and keep a casual eye on how this transpires. Google didnt get to the top by being stupid. However, the more competition the better.

on a similar note, a faction with MS seems to want to buy up portions of Yahoo in order to take on Google. Quite a departure for MS. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB114662449016042303.html
