Weeding down my RSS Subscriptions

At the start of yesterday i was subscribed to 142 feeds. Ive now halved it to 71 and think i can cut a little more off

Does anyone here use a feed reader? :)

I use Google Reader and find it works pretty well, but I have a very bad compulsive habit of: "This is a really great article.... better subscribe to their feed."
This has inevitably ended up a disaster at times and I find nowadays I really can't keep up with my feeds. It is a rather annoying problem.

Glen, I think I may have to follow your lead, bite the bullet, and eliminate those that really don't matter. I got 161. I suppose a round 50 would be far better :-)

Theres so many feeds i would like to get rid of but they are off friends and they sometimes come up with some good stuff

I too have far too many feeds still in my opinion, would love about 30 solid feeds

Yep same here, I am also using Google reader. I have exactly the same problem with the amount of feeds I am subscribed to. I hardly get through 1/10 of them lol
