Its highly frustrating when something like this happens.
The whole of today Yahoo's Site Explorer has been returning 'code 999' error, which is normally only returned when they block your IP for using too much bandwidth (eg, from automated tools hammering the servers). Guess someone in the office has been using a certain tool too much.... *eyes culprit sitting across and to the far left of the desk from me*
