Hi,
I noticed whilst doing a search for our beloved city of Cape Town here in South Africa, that Google are offering users the opportunity to be more specific and refine their results.
http://www.google.com/search?num=50&hl=en&lr=&safe=off&c2coff=1&q=Cape+Town&btnG=Search
Users are encouraged to be more specific than just Cape Town with their searches i.e. do they want to book a holiday, rent accommodation, find an internet marketing company in Cape Town (he he) etc.
I think this is a cool idea, and it should help with search engine marketing too if you think about it. Anything that educates Google users to be more specific in their searches makes SEO much easier because one can optimise a internet marketing campaign with a narrower range of targeted keywords.
Hats off to Google (for once!).
