Google syndicated search?

Hi just seen a referal in my server logs from google syndicated search. Have a look: http://www.googlesyndicatedsearch.com/

It looks like Google and the whois info checks out but what's the point? The serps results are the same content just in a different colour....

Well I swear it was green when I looked... unless the red and blue guns on my monitor aren't working properly. Anyway, what's the point of the new name I wonder...
