I agree. I thought the bits "blooooooooody expensive ad" and "hope it sells some beer" was a nice addition by the ad team, u normally don't get ads breaking the advert equivalent of the fourth wall (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fourth_Wall) (cant think of a better term)
