Hi!

Nice looking site but it some issues that could hurt the SEO.

Google appear to be indexing your image directories eg click here (http://64.233.183.104/search?q=cache:http://www.new-talks.com/Themes/classic1/images/topic/).

So you need to block those with an htaccess in each image folder with the line;
Options -Indexes

You also seem to be using session IDs, which means you have the same content on different URLs each time the search engine crawlers come (they start a new session when they revisit old URLs) so you need to switch on "search engine friendly URLs in your admin panel.
