well i guess it's the tools you are used to using. i've never used webCEO so i wouldn't really have a yardstick to measure it up against really.

i don't know if webCEO has this function but one thing that is great about advanced link ranking is that it gives your competitors anchor text linking strategy. so you can pretty much without a doubt say keyword they are actively building links for.

that's in addition to the normal link pop tools etc.
