What's interesting for me is how Yahoo shifts the position of your own site depending on whether you want an academic resource or a shopping one.

What I see with one of my sites is that my homepage ranks well for "shopping" searches, but my blog ranks better for "research" searches, which is cool.

It's useful feedback for sure.
