Newbie in need of a push start

Hi there guys

Im a newbie and am very interested in SEO and I am looking to implement it to my website. Can you guys give me a list of tools that I will be in need of and tools that can make manual SEO jobs a bit easier and faster.

I dont know what I need to the tools for so pls let me know what I can use and what I should be using

If you're doing SEO it help if you know something about designing web pages and ideally about HTML.
