Need a niche directory submission service

Hi Guys,

As you all know there are an ever increasing number of niche directories out there. I think a link from one of these would be valued more than a link from a general directory because of the better relevancy.

Does any do or know of a directory submissions service that specialises in certain niches eg financial, real estate, legal etc.?

Well I have a casino directory, that is fairly unique in it's concept. You can submit gambling related sites whereby it uses contextual linking as well as deeplinking. www.chatmastercasinos.com
I would appreciate comments on it, as it is the first of many directories I am planning,.

Thought about it for a while, doesn't IBP offer niche directories as part of its software?

Looks ok... if you wanna have loads of submissions and be added to lots of list of directories, just post this one at DP...

Yeah I'm just registering over there now. I was looking more for a submissions service rather than actual directories, but I take your point about IBP finding niche links.

I'm looking at the directory, but my first impressions are that it's very clean looking, but it'll need a lot more sub-categories and maybe a few more categories. Best would be if you add an option to suggest a sub-category on the application form, that way you don't have to make a load of empty categories now and will better avoid supplemental or duplicate pages.

Another thing that can help avoid duplicate content is if you insist that people write minimum 200 words of quality english rather than keyword stuffed lists.

I would also add an RSS feed and an xml sitemap. For instance if you added an RSS feed to your "casino directories" forum, I'd certainly subscribe to that!

Also I just submitted a site and it seems to have gone in without moderation. Aren't you worried your directory will fill up with Vi*gra crap? .. LOL

And yeah, I agree with Joc, post it in the DP forum around 10:00 am South African time and bump it in the morning a couple of days later because it'll soon get buried onto second page. Bump it too often and you'll get serious bad rep. Let us know the url when you post and we'll help bump it for you.

lol, I hijacked the threat! Sorry that was not the intention... I am planning on putting 2 or 3 directories live on DP soon. But first I need to sort out this existing one so it runs smoothly by the time it hits a resource like DP, where it is sure to have some kind of reaction. Thanks for your comments and support we will get to work on it right away.

Back to the actual topic. I had a look at IBP 8, this morning. It only provides Directories by Country and not by industry. IBP 9 however has a special interest site submitter where it is focusing on the different industries. I have never used it though... Always do my searches through Google. There is only 4 Gambling Directories listed in any case...
