any PHP programmers?

Anyone here that can code competently in php for web purposes, such as fetching data from one site and using it in another in a 'certain way' ?

I have a unique idea, that while its 'slightly shady' would be a seemingly legitimate way to bring a lot of traffic to websites (freely, quickly, targetted), dont really want to post in public to PM me if you may be interested :wink:
