Hi,

Had a look at that post and the guy said his site is now updated to a PR5, but I see a PR0 for his site.

cheers, Koz

Hey all...

Been doing some snooping around with regards to the next PR update... And yes it is a bit overdue...Many "SEOers" are so fedup with G. as they feel the toolbar gives you a worthless, out of date answer... and that G is just having a bit of fun with regards to the update, confusing most of us :|

Some say yes the update is in process and some sez NO and the rest of us...well i suppose we r just hanging in there and hoping for the best :p

But apparently there is an update in process by G....

Be interesting to see what PR digital marketing gets.....

I'm guessing a PR4 for the homepage and PR3 for the SEM forum!

Cheers,
Paz.

That's because there was a rollback, you'l notice that Shanada mentions that it's only a PR5 on certain datacentres

To be honest I have disregarded page rank for a long time now. The only benefits of the green bar, is to obtain backlinks from webmasters who still hold value in it.

I will exchange links with sites that have low PR if they are quality sites and they hold their own in their niche serps.

Well, I also think that PR is worthless when it comes to ranking, however I do like the fact that high PR sites tend to get indexed more frequently :)
